Rates & Policies

Academic School Year (August 1st – May 31st)
Tuition for the academic school year is $250 per week per child. This rate includes after-school care with school pickup from serviced campuses, daily homework support, home-cooked dinner and healthy snacks, and full-day care on school holidays at no additional cost.

Summer Program (June – July)
Tuition for the Summer Program is $500 per week per child. This rate includes full-day care from 7:15 AM to 7:00 PM, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, structured academic enrichment, outdoor play, and a consistent small-group experience throughout the summer.

Enrollment & Payment Policy

Tuition is billed weekly and is due in advance to reserve your child’s spot. Because enrollment is intentionally limited to only 11 children, payment secures staffing, meals, and materials specifically for your child. Missed days are not refundable, as the spot remains reserved regardless of attendance.

Schedule & Attendance Policy

Our program operates Monday through Friday. Academic school year care begins after school dismissal, with full-day care provided on school holidays. Summer Program hours are 7:15 AM to 7:00 PM daily. Consistent attendance is encouraged to support routine, emotional security, and learning continuity.

Illness & Absence Policy

For the health and safety of all children, sick children must remain home until symptom-free for 24 hours. Tuition is not prorated for absences due to illness, travel, or personal days.

Holidays & Closures

A calendar of scheduled closures and holidays will be provided at enrollment. Full-day care on school holidays during the academic year is included at no additional cost unless otherwise noted.

Termination & Withdrawal Policy

A minimum two-week written notice is required for withdrawal from the program. This allows time to responsibly transition care and staffing. Tuition is due during the notice period.

Our Commitment

Heart and Home is intentionally small, consistent, and relationship-driven. Our policies exist to protect the calm, dependable environment families rely on and to ensure each child receives the attention, care, and stability they deserve.
